Sarah Rogers, MA, Clinical Supervisor, LBA, BCBA
Sarah has been working with children with Autism for over 15 years. She began her career at a pediatric center in Jacksonville, FL, as a Lead Behavior Therapist. At this center, Sarah gained experience working in clinic, home and community settings with children with developmental disabilities. Sarah moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2014 and began working for an in-home ABA program for several years. In this program, she was able to work with clients and their families, all with diverse needs. In 2018, Sarah moved once again, closer to her hometown of Salem, NY. It was in this area that Sarah began working as a Behavior Specialist within a public school setting for several years. In this position, Sarah provided behavioral services to elementary and middle school students with developmental disabilities and social/emotional needs. Sarah graduated from Ball State University with an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism, in January of 2023 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in October 2024. She lives in Montpelier with her partner Andrew, her son Simon, her cat Fabi and her three-legged dog Remi.
