Martha Phelps, BCaBA, LABA

Martha was born and raised in Southern Vermont. While pursuing her BA in Psychology from Saint Michael's College, she began working in middle school special education and behavior intervention where she was introduced to the field of ABA. She pursued higher education while working in behavior intervention with students with developmental delays and emotional disturbance in Massachusetts. She returned to Vermont and joined the Little Royals team in 2023! She earned her Master's Degree in ABA from Florida Institute of Technology and is in pursuit of her BCBA credentials. She is passionate about creating safe and welcoming environments to foster growth and independence for learners. Outside of her work at Little Royals, she loves skiing, petting dogs, and spending time with her family!
