Jadden Bissonette

Registered Behavioral Technician

Jadden is a native Vermonter who grew up in the small town of Milton, Vermont, and graduated from Essex High School in 2022. While her school years were challenging, they inspired her strong passion for advocacy and her belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. In 2018, she volunteered as a counselor at camps held at New Village Farm in Shelburne, Vermont, where she discovered her love for working with children and teaching nature based skills. During high school, she worked at MeadowBrook Acres Farm, learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and compassion through caring for animals. She continued working at the farm until 2024, when she accepted her current position, and the farm remains a meaningful part of her life.

Her personal experiences supporting family members with autism, additional needs, Alzheimer’s, and dementia have shaped her career goals and strengthened her desire to care for and support others with empathy and understanding. Outside of work, Jadden enjoys photography and spending quality time with her beautiful daughter and her anchor, as well as with family and friends. She loves hiking, kayaking, shopping, and enjoying time at camp on the lake during the summer.
