Registered Behavioral Technician

Adrianna Romo graduated from Vermont State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Health. She joined the Little Royals team in the fall of 2024 as a Behavior Technician and has since become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Adrianna is deeply passionate about helping others, especially supporting neurodivergent individuals, and loves working with children as they learn, grow, and build meaningful skills.

She is currently working toward her master’s degree in psychology and hopes to one day become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Originally from New Mexico and Texas, Adrianna moved to Vermont for her undergraduate studies and quickly fell in love with the area, choosing to make it her home. Outside of work, Adrianna thrives on connection, whether that’s spending time in nature, sharing meaningful moments with others, or enjoying artistic expression like music and dance. She loves being surrounded by her very large family and her close group of friends, who bring a strong sense of community and joy into her life.
